Hi. My name is Betsy O'Brien and I'm a Chicago based artist working in Saugatuck, MI from 07/18/10 - 07/31/10.

LOST AND FOUND is my blog regarding anything and everything lost and found in the Saugatuck Township over these two weeks.

LOST AND FOUND is a project in archiving. As a serial loser, I've visited many lost & found boxes over the years; collections range from banal to bizaare. My interest in lost and found boxes has led me to questions of ownership, accumulation, and materialism.

During these two weeks I will attempt to visit as many lost and found boxes as I can. This blog is an archive of items, ideas, and anecdotal stories relating to lost and found.
